MY STORY
I battled depression, self loathing, lack of self worth, alcohol and drug addiction for nearly 25 yrs. All this stemmed from sexual abuse I experienced as a young girl whilst growing up in a religious environment that had me blamed for just being a girl.
Years of relationship problems, dangerous decisions, constant resentment towards my disappointing sexual experiences and a life spent running away from myself.
The discomfort of not feeling safe in my body consumed me for decades, stifling my ability to communicate, be vulnerable, and foster deep relationships and robbed me of the courage to go for what I wanted.
I was described by my therapist as a Rebel Failure.
In my early 30's I had to get really fucking truthful with ME.
It was not easy, pretty, tidy or fun. In fact it was messy as hell. Even though it felt like I had blood under my fingernails from hanging on, I was determined to work this shit out and live a life I actually wanted to live.
My determination to do so gave me the gift of what is my life today. And it is with this same bold, unapologetic & determined attitude I support and get the results for my clients they desire.
